Return Policy
Companion Pet Products requires a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item’s page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). All non-defective returns must be unused and in new condition in their original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. All returns are subject to a restocking fee as outlined in the Restocking Fee Breakdown below. Companion Pet Products will not accept returns of non-defective merchandise after 30 days. The customer will not be issued credit for any items returned that do not meet the preceding criteria. Allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.

3 – Have your order confirmation ready; we will need your order number and the Item ID
Number of the product you wish to return.
